You use a feedback form to send CourseCompass Customer Support information about software bugs or interface design issues as well as marketing suggestions or other input.
To provide feedback:
Click the Services tab to open the Services page.
Under How do you contact Customer Support?, click the Feedback Form link to open the form.
Enter your first and last names, email address, and phone and fax numbers.
Indicate the best time to contact you by phone.
Click the arrow next to the Type of feedback box, and click the type of feedback you are providing, such as a bug report, support request or feature recommendation.
Enter your detailed feedback in the box at the bottom of the form.
Click Send your feedback.
Note: You can also open the feedback form by clicking the My CourseCompass tab and clicking the Feedback Form link in the Services and Support module.
