You create a survey just like you create a test. You name and describe the survey and provide instructions to the students. Then, you add questions until the survey is complete.
Because surveys are anonymous, you do not grade them or assign points to survey questions. Due to these slight differences, surveys are covered separately from tests (or assessments) in this Help system. Both tests and surveys, however, are listed on the Assessment Manager page.
