Adding a file to the Digital Drop Box

To add a file to the Digital Drop Box for a particular course:

  1. Click the course title on the My CourseCompass page.

  2. Click Control Panel from the Course Home page.

  3. Click Digital Drop Box under Course Tools.

  4. Click Add File.

  5. Enter the title of the document.

  6. Click Browse and locate the directory on your computer where you saved the file.

Note: If necessary, click the arrow next to the Files of type box and select All Files (*.*) to display all the files in a given directory.

  1. Click the file name and then click Open.

  2. (Optional) Type additional information or instructions in the Comments box.

  3. Click Submit to add the file.

Note: Click Cancel to return to the Digital Drop Box without adding the file.

The file appears in the Digital Drop Box. You can now send the file to students in your course if you want.

Note: You can also add a file to the Digital Drop Box as you send it.
