Granting permissions in the Virtual Classroom

You can control the functions students can perform in a Virtual Classroom. To do so:

1. Enter the Virtual Classroom.

2. Click the access control panel tab to the far right:

3. On this panel, you can specify whether students can ask questions, enter the chat, draw on the whiteboard, or navigate. For each of these functions, select one of the following:

• All – Students have access to all functionality.

• Floor – Students with the floor have access to this functionality.

• None – Only you can perform the function.

Note: Use the buttons to the right of the list to give or take away the floor. You can also click the directory button to view information about a selected student.
