Clearing the question log in a Virtual Classroom

In the Virtual Classroom, you can see and answer student questions by clicking the incoming questions tab.

Both the questions and your answers become part of the question log. You can view the question log (and send questions to yourself to answer) by clicking the questions and answers tab.

You may want to clear the question log, either at the end of a session or during the session.

To clear the log, select Clear Question Log from the Tutornet menu.

All questions and their answers disappear from the question log. Any additional questions sent to you after you clear the log, however, do appear in the log.

Note: The question log is incorporated in the archive of a Virtual Classroom session. Questions are displayed in a different color from chat comments. CourseCompass filters private questions and their answers. Only the instructor and the student who sent a private question can see that question and its answer (if the answer is marked as private also) in the log.
