Virtual Classroom sessions include four components:
Online slide viewing and whiteboard drawing
Comments/chat
Questions to and answers from the instructor
Web page browsing
Everything but the whiteboard is captured in the Virtual Classroom archive, along with a record of everyone who logged in and out. Each entry in the archive is labeled by the user (first name, last name) and a time/date stamp.
Note: The archive is filtered for questions and answers marked as private. Only the instructor and the student who sent a private question will see that interchange in the archive.
CourseCompass automatically creates an archive for each date on which a Virtual Classroom session occurs, and lists them in order by date. If two or more sessions occur on the same date, the records are included in a single archive for that date.
