You can send email from either the Course Home page or Control Panel:
On the My CourseCompass page, click the title of the course in which the students you want to email are enrolled.
Do one of the following from the Course Home page:
Click Communication and then click Send email.
Click Control Panel and then click Send email under Course Tools.
Click:
All Users to send email to all the students in the course
All Groups to send email to all the student groups in the course
Select Users (or Single/Select Users from the Control Panel) to send email to individual students in the course
Select Groups (or Single/Select Groups from the Control Panel) to send email to individual groups in the course
Note: Although you can see entries for All Teaching Assistants and All Instructors, these options are not functional in CourseCompass; do not select them.
