Modifying a non-course-related calendar event

Non-course-related events are events, such as a department picnic, that are not associated with a specific course.

To modify a non-course-related calendar event:

1. Click Calendar in the Tools module on the My CourseCompass page.

2. Navigate to the event you want to modify and then click Modify.

3. Change the information on the Modify Event page as follows:

• Under Event Information, change the event title or description either by adding information, deleting information, or selecting and typing over existing information.

• Under Event Time, change the event date or time by clicking the arrows.

4. Click Submit to save your changes.

Note: Click Cancel to return to the Calendar page without saving your changes.
