Adding a non-course-related calendar event

To add a non-course-related event, such as a department picnic, to your comprehensive calendar:

  1. Click Calendar in the Tools module on the My CourseCompass page.

  2. Click Add Event.

  3. Under Event Information, type a title for the event.

  4. (Optional) Type a description for the event.

  5. Click an option for displaying the text:

Note: You can also format text directly using HTML tags.

  1. Under Event Time, click the arrows next to Event Date to select the month, day, and year on which the event will occur.

  2. Next to Event Start Time and Event End Time, click the arrows to select the hour, minute, and part of the day when the event will begin and end, respectively.

  3. Click Submit to add the calendar event.
