Set up courses>>Preview and adopt courses
When you create a course, CourseCompass loads materials associated with the textbook you selected into the course. It also lists the course as a course you are previewing on the My CourseCompass page and the Course List page. To open the course, click the course's title on either of these pages.
You can perform two tasks as you preview a course:
Important: To enroll students, you must adopt the course. You can continue reviewing preloaded content and customizing course materials after you adopt.
Your course may include course documents, assignments, Discussion Board forums, assessments, question pools, and an eBook.
To view course documents, click the Course Documents button on the left side of the page. Open folders by clicking them.
To view assignments, click the Assignments button on the left side of the page. Open folders by clicking them.
To view Discussion Board forums, click the Communication button on the left side of the page and then click Discussion Board. Click each forum in turn.
To view assessments, click the Control Panel button on the left side of the page and then click Assessment Manager in the Assessment module.
To view question pools, click the Control Panel button on the left side of the page and then click Pool Manager in the Assessment module.
To view an eBook, do any of the following:

Click the Course Documents button on the left side of the page. Click the link to Lecture Materials (if available), and then click the link under Online Textbook.
