Before you add an item to a folder, you must create the folder. You can then add an item to it.
To add an item to a folder:
Click the course title on the My CourseCompass page.
Click Control Panel from the Course Home page.
Under Content Areas, click the area that contains the folder to which you want to add an item.
Click a folder to open it. Continue clicking through the folder hierarchy, as necessary.
Click Add Item.
Fill in the following areas on the Add Item page:
Note: You cannot add an existing item to a folder. You must create the folder first, and then add the item to the folder.
