Adding a file to a learning unit

Before you add a file to a learning unit, you must create the learning unit. You can then add an item to it.

To add a file to a learning unit:

  1. Click the course title on the My CourseCompass page.

  2. Click Control Panel from the Course Home page.

  3. Under Content Areas, click the area that contains the learning unit to which you want to add an item.

  4. Click the learning unit's name to open it.

  5. Click Add File.

  6. On the Add File page, type a name for the file you are adding.

  7. Click Browse.

  8. Use the arrow next to the Look in box to navigate to the directory that contains the file. Click the name of the file and then click Open.

  9. Type the text you want to appear as the link to the file.

  10. Click Submit.
